As a health coach, I focus on both body and mind. Nutrition and fitness are key to getting you to feel like your best self. Managing stress through mindset coaching and exploring relaxation/meditation techniques assist your mind in getting clear. Reduction of tension and stress can significantly lower your inflammation and body's healing ability. Education is also a key component. You don't know what you don't know. I am here to teach you more about your body so you can learn how it functions like a machine and the machine won't work properly if you don't fuel it and take care of it: mind and body. Let's get your body to work for you not against you.
